When we do reopen, here are measures that have been taken to adhere to the social distancing recommendations.
- We have reduced the amount of testing seats. This reduces our testing capacity by 50%, this may mean that you will experience longer wait times for available testing space.
- Please continue to monitor this site for updates to our hours of operation.

The Placement and Testing Center, located in Building 1, provides a variety of services for incoming and current students. We also offer community proctor services as well as administration and monitoring of tests listed below.
Services provided by the Placement and Testing Center include:
- Assessment using a variety of measures for placement into courses
Using the Placement and Testing Center
- All placement and faculty testing is done on a drop-in basis; please arrive at least one hour before we close to begin any test.
- Students who request a private room or other testing accommodations must schedule 48 hours in advance at the Placement and Testing Center, or by calling the number listed, or by emailing testingcenter@highline.edu.Students who receive extra time on tests as the only accommodation do not need to schedule in advance.
- All students testing in the Placement and Testing Center need to bring a photo ID and will be asked to lock up their belongings (cell phone, book bags, purses, electronic devices, etc.) in the lockers provided.
- If you are parking, you may purchase a $2.00 daily parking ticket at one of the parking pay stations (kiosks), located in the East and South parking lots.
