NEW: Washington candidates have access to a free, interactive, full-length practice test for each of the Washington Educator Skills Test—Basic (WEST—B) subtests. These new preparation resources offer candidates a realistic online experience similar to their actual testing experience.
Each practice test will be accessible from the WEST program website and will include the same number of scorable items offered on operational test forms. After completion and submission of each practice test, candidates will receive immediate results showing performance on multiple-choice questions. They may also review each item along with the correct response and an explanation of why the response is correct. For WEST—B Writing, written assignments include sample responses that provide an opportunity for candidates to compare their response to the sample responses to gauge performance and identify ways to improve their responses when taking their actual test.
To access free WEST-B practice tests, please visit the WEST site.
